How long before my order ships: Your order is typically fulfilled & shipped on the next business day if your order is placed before 11:59PM on Mondays through Fridays.
Unclaimed packages/rejected parcels/incorrect address: Note that unclaimed packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or packages undeliverable for any reason due to an error not caused by RYME will result in your order being refunded minus a $15 flat fee and a 10% re-stocking charge to cover return shipping and handling. Note, once a product has shipped, any address change cannot be guaranteed. RYME cannot be held responsible for packages that are shipped to the wrong address when customers provided the address.
"Business Day" is considered 6AM-5PM Monday through Friday.
