Do you accept Paypal?

Yes, RYME does accept Paypal.

Can I pay over the phone?

For the protection of our customers, RYME does not accept payment over the phone.

We use Shopify Payments for all transactions so that your information is kept private and safe. Neither RYME nor any of its employees can see the details of your credit card information.

Why is my credit card being declined?

The most common reason your card may be getting declined is the information you are providing for your billing address does not match exactly the information your credit card company has on file.

For the protection of our customers we require that the Billing Address matches exactly the physical mailling address where your credit card statements arrive or is registred to. This does not mean your Shipping and Billing address have to match, we can send your items to whichever address works best for you within Canada.
